Imagine you have a dream, and that dream is to have your own business. This initiative consists of the welead team visiting the businesses of our clients to identify the obstacles that slow down the acquisition of new clients and help them achieve the objectives set.
First mission: customer acquisition 💪
Our first mission has been to install ourselves in the Ema Bejenaru Academy. Located in Barcelona and founded in 2015 by Ema Bejenaru, lash expert trained in the best schools worldwide, this academy teaches beauty and personal care courses.

welead worked in the design and implementation of the Ema Bejenaru Academy branding and the development, setting up and management of digital ads for two different markets: Spain and the United States. In the first stage of digital ads implementation we started with the basic investment plan, reaching more than 71.580 women interested in beauty and generating a significant number of leads in a few days of activity.

Consistent branding
Branding is so important to create a good brand awareness and build client\’s trust, which will translate in an increase in sales. This day we work together with the Ema Bejenaru Academy to implement this branding in all available digital platforms and thus we built a consistent brand image.
Use of CRM tools (Customer Relationship Management)
CRM tools are designed to gather the most information about all the people that come in touch with your business and help to better manage them. The implementation of these tools represented a real step forward for the academy, since it helps them track the clients in all stages of the purchasing process, having as a direct result time and resources saving.
Use of messaging tools for businesses
Customer service is one of the most important parts of the purchasing process, being decisive for sales. Tools that facilitate communication with the client have been implemented, increasing the speed and effectiveness of this service in order to improve customer acquisition.
Sales training
According to a recent study, the professionalism of the seller is the determining factor in most purchasing decisions. Understanding the customer, conquering his heart and building loyalty is what makes a company stay in the market and, therefore, the sales team is the key. This day we set apart time to train them both in phone sales and messages sales, helping them identify the next PPV.
